1.) The Walking Dead (2010)
Status : Ongoing
The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror television series developed by Frank Darabont for AMC that is based on the comic book series of the same name by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. Andrew Lincoln plays the show’s lead character, sheriff’s deputy Rick Grimes, who awakens from a coma discovering a world overrun by zombies, commonly referred to as “walkers”. Grimes reunites with his family and becomes the leader of a group he forms with other survivors. Together they struggle to survive and adapt in a post-apocalyptic world filled with walkers and opposing groups of survivors, who are often more dangerous than the walkers themselves. Much of the series takes place in and around Atlanta, Georgia, and Alexandria, Virginia.
This show is not only about zombies, but about surviving the apocalypse while maintaining the sense of humanity whick Rick Grimes and company will struggle to do as the story develops.
2. ) Fear the Walking Dead (2015)
Status : Ongoing
Fear the Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror drama television series created by Robert Kirkman and Dave Erickson, that premiered on AMC on August 23, 2015. The first season consists of six episodes. The second season, comprising 15 episodes, premiered on April 10, 2016.
This prequel shows the life before the Walking Dead Apocalypse happened which was only briefly shown on the first part/season of the series. If you liked The Walking Dead, you’ll surely love this one as well!
3.) The Flash (2014)
Status : Ongoing
The Flash is an American television series developed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, airing on The CW. It is based on the DC Comics character Barry Allen / Flash, a costumed superhero crime-fighter with the power to move at superhuman speeds. It is a spin-off from Arrow, existing in the same fictional universe. The series follows Allen, portrayed by Grant Gustin, a crime scene investigator who gains super-human speed, which he uses to fight criminals, including others who have also gained superhuman abilities.
This series will most likely make you feel all sorts of emotion for the main character, Barry Allen. Barry means well and he truly has a good heart but more often than not, his judgement is being clouded by his emotions that does not usually end well but tries his best to fix things up and still go on. Well, you’ll know what I mean when you watch it. 😉

The series’ executive producers included Shore, Attanasio, Attanasio’s business partner Katie Jacobs, and film director Bryan Singer. It was filmed largely in Century City.
This was the series that after watching just one episode, I was immediately hooked. He’s like a Doctor Sherlock Holmes and if you are a Sherlock fan, this series is for you, totally recommended!
